My experience shopping at this Chanel online store was nothing short of excellent. The website was user-friendly, and I found my dream Chanel bag effortlessly. The bag arrived in perfect condition, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. - Lisa Todd

I am so satisfied with this purchase. Frankly I don’t know what I was expecting when I ordered this. it feel great and look beautiful. I honestly can't stop touching and looking at this bag. I will try to love her! - Mindy

I know, I know - 10/10 is really high. But this bag looks and feels exactly like my friends auth 26cm. The next time I see her I will take comparison photos. The chains feel just like the auth, the smaller chain is very lightweight and hollow (like the auth) and the long chain has some weight on it due to the leather. The leather strap is soft and does not make crunchy noises. The straps do not squeak at all. - ROSE

Overall the bag is beautiful and feels luxe, I'll definitely buy more again. I don't think anyone would notice that it's a replica chanel. - Mary

100000000/10 When I opened the box I was smiling the whole time. It felt real, not a replica. This bag is beautiful. I see why they are hyped for Chanel. The wait was well worth it. There were a lot of reviews saying that the jumbo is heavy, but I don’t think so at all. This bag is beautiful, I can’t stop saying it. I wanted lambskin leather because I wanted that luxurious feel. I have read a lot of reviews of the jumbo flap and most people said that if you want that Chanel feel then you should go for lambskin and shouldn’t be afraid of it. There are YouTube videos about the wear and tear of lambskin so I’m confident that it will not fall apart so easily. I can’t wait to rock this bag out in public. It is stunning. - Ashley

The bags are well constructed - symmetrical lines, stitches, and placement of hardware. Quilts are not overly puffy and seem to be consistent in size/puffiness across the bag. Caviar leather on both of these bags is beautiful. Both leathers have a nice sheen without being overly shiny. I understand that caviar leather is durable but I’ve also heard people describe it as soft. While I’m not sure how soft the leather should feel relative to the "heavy-duty" feel of the caviar pebbled leather, I’ll do my best to describe what it feels like to me. - Abby

Once again, brilliant customer service. The staff really do go above and beyond to make sure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. - Gracie Armstrong

This is definitely the most satisfying shopping I have ever done. I have always been picky about the quality, but I have also fallen into the trap. I have bought many products outside, but in the end, I was not very satisfied. This time I finally found the best one in market. I am very happy with the bag I wanted, and the boss is also very kind and enthusiastic, and always answers any questions. It’s really awesome and finally I have to emphasize that I’m so satisfied, my wife is satisfied. - JENNY

The bag is really good. I finally bought a Chanel 22 bag. To put it bluntly, it’s the best I’ve found here. I’ve tried in other store before, but I’m not very satisfied. This time I stumbled across it by accident and was picked up by a friend of the shop owner. So worth it!! - Charlotte

I have bought a lot of bags. This seller is the one I have found so far with the most satisfactory quality. I seldom comment on it. But to be fair, the boss’ service is also very enthusiastic. Unlike some merchants who sell bags are attitude so bad. Love to buy again and I am very satisfied. - Emma
